FREE SHIPPING: Free Ground Shipping within the U.S. is offered on all orders of $100 or more.

 

SHIPPING LOCATIONS: Drift Innovation, Inc. shipping is limited to North America addresses only.

 

SHIPPING FEES: Shipping fees are based on the destination, size and weight of your item(s).  

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS: Drift Innovation, Inc. works with multiple carriers to offer you different shipping options. USPS is our preferred carrier, but you may also choose FedEx or UPS (US only).  A tracking number will be emailed to you once the packaged has been released to the carrier.

 

STANDARD OPTIONS: Drift Innovation, Inc ships orders 5 days per week, Monday through Friday.

The standard delivery method is USPS (method used when an order qualifies for free shipping). Our warehouse requires 48 hours to pick and pack orders.

 

EXPEDITATED SHIPPING: Our warehouse requires 48 hours to pick and pack orders.  Options are available for expedited shipping if you contact  customer service at customerservice-USA@driftinnovation.com

All orders are subject to approval by our Drift Innovation, Inc. order verification department.  We will notify you by phone or email should your order be delayed.

 

IMPORTANT

Terms and Conditions:

Customers with shipping addresses outside of the US (Mexico and Canada) are solely responsible for all duties,  import taxes, VAT and brokerage fees.  These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order.  Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country;  please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs.  Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable:  so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping,  any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes,  and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Any return of Drift products will be subject to shipping, handling and restocking fees.   Original shipping, duties, taxes and brokerage fees are not refundable. Drift is not responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty returns.   All returns will require prior approval and shipment to our corporate office in Colorado.   You will be required to pay brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and shipping charges for all returns.
